network hidden drives

hi
in a local network how can i see all drives with administrator user
in this network each person have username&password and a personal drive with 100mb capacity this drives cant be shown in administrator
can i see all drive and change users password?

user name mustbe entered in logon screen is a number example:79124520
and name of user sown in top of start menu is persons name for example :jean adams
personal drive letter is: 79124520 on ‘Bdc\Eng-b'(m:)
