Network Monitoring for TCP/UDP packets

Hi all,
I need to capture the contents of TCP & UDP packets in/out of my local computer. I’m running Win2k Proffessional and I installed “Network Monitor Driver” Protocol. I’m also trying to install “Network Monitor” , from ControlPanel\AddRemovePrograms\AddRemoveWindowsComponents\ManagementAndMonitoringTools\NetworkMonitorTools” but “Network Monitor Tools” is not listed under this option, so I cant select & install it. Is Network Monitor Tools only available in “Win2k Server edition”? If so, is there a way to monitor the contents of TCP/UDP packets in/out in Win2k Professional edition?
