Network Neighborhood

Scenario:
There are about a hundred computers in a NT 4.0 Domain. I will use computer A, B, and C as example. A printer is attached to computer C. When I logged onto computer A, I could not see computer C and the attached printer, therefore I can not print to it. However, using the same login name or user ID, I log into computer B, and I can see computer C and the attached printer as well as print to it. Why is that? What do I need to do so computer A can see computer C and print to the printer that is attached to computer C. Does it have to do with some kind of computer profile or user profile or network profile?
