I’m running a client/server network through a 10/100 24 port hub.
The server is set up as the PDC and all network connections are fine and pings are as they should be from every workstation to the server and workstation to workstation etc.
What i’m getting is a little odd. All the workstations are 95/98 and sometimes in network neighborhood you don’t see any other computers in there at all either on the workgroup or the domain. If I open it up a little later they all appear as they should normally. When Network neighborhood is empty I’ll run a find computer and it always finds them as it should. What could be causing this? The network is operating fine and all apps run across it fine without any problems whatsoever.
Anyone know what might cause this intermittent problem?
