Network Neighborhood

When I double-click Network Neighborhood icon, then double-click “Entire Network” icon, I get a crazy message (dialogue box) that says:

“Program Not Found (in Title Bar)
Windows cannot find .exe.

This file is needed for opening files of type ‘Full Motion Video V4.5′”

What in the world is this? Why aren’t the other PCs on my network showing up? I can’t access ANYTHING on the network. And mine is the ADMIN machine!

Can somebody please help me? Thanks in advance.
