Network Neighborhood description

When viewing workstations and Servers in Explorer or Network Neighborhood, in the comment field. How do I enter a description so that it will show up in that field. (IE. PDC Server, Public Server, Departments Server). I have looked in the propertiesof Network Neighborhood and can’t find anything that would let me ad a description. I know how to do it on Win9X PC but I do not know how to do it on an NT workstation or Server.
