network printer

recently my companies pc infested with bugbear and opaserv virus.After cleaned all the virus. I’m facing this problem, hope u can help me out. The problem is all my network printer can’t be print and always turned to offline showing this message ” There was an error writing to \\ws100\hp for printer(hp laserjet 1200 series). here was a problem printing to the printer due to an unknown system error. restart windows, and then try again.This printer will be set to work offline.To save your orint job in the local printer queue click o.k. ” . There’s a domain and different workgroup in my company. Hope to hear from u soon. Thanks.
