Network Printer connection failure

I am running Novell Netware 4.7 and windows 2000 pro. I ahve laptop computers that are networked using compaq wireless cards. The laptops were connected to a printer and now have lost the connection. When trying to reconnect i recieve the error that the printer is no longer valid. I have had the print queue reconfigured and I am able to see the printer using other network computers also using Windows 2000 Pro. Any Ideas?
