Network Printer Problem

I’ve tried to connect to the Network Printer in my client office. They are using Windows 2000 Pro (without a Windows 2000 Server – Peer-to-Peer) and it’s connected to the Novell Netware 4. The printer is connected to one Workstation that’s shared with others.
The Permissions set to: Everyone can print and read permission.

If I Login using the Administrator, I can do printing from the other workstation. If I login using their local user name (group: User. – Even an Adminstrators Group) I do Any print jobs!

After Searching-and-searching, found the Q283795 in the microsoft support page that we have to wait for next service pack! It’s really frustaring! Any hint?
