Network Printers & Windows 2000

We recently upgraded our district with PCs and are now using Windows 2000 Pro. We installed the network printers on our Windows 2000 Server and when we load the network printer at the desktop as Admin, the user does not have the printer loaded when they log on with the user account.

We can load it as a local printer and create a tcp/ip port, but would prefer to load them as a network printer so the server handles the managing. Any help would be greatly appreciated
