Network problem

I curiously running Zero administration on a Win95 client (not on the Server) and then I got the problem on all Clients running Windows 95 and 98, they could not click cancel to log on locally as before.
They have to log on to the Domain always inorder to start the windows.
The domain name always change to “DomainName” even if I change in Network Neighborhood to difference name, when I reboot it change back to “DomainName” again.
Please help me to solve the problem. Thank you.
