Network Problem

I have 5 servers. 4 are in the same spot and the other one is located a block away in another building. It connects to the other servers through a T1 line. I can map drives from any of those server to another (server(s). I was trying to have usersacross the street map drives to a particular server to access resources but it wasn’t successful. All workstations in the main building can map drives and access resources from this server. I tried pinging but that wasn’t the problem. Help!!!
