Network recycle bin for Windows 2000?

Does anyone know of any software packages that will act as a network recycle bin? Novell has the Salvage directory that you can recover stuff from. Right now if someone accidently deletes something on Windows 2000, we will have to restore it from a backup. I would like to be able to just go to this recycle bin and restore the file.
