Network Runs Outlook Not IE

I run Win2000 with an ADSL connection to the internet. I have two remote computers connected via an Intranet both running on W98SE. I am using Internet Connection Service to run the network. When everything was first hooked up we got a perfect connection from the remote computers to the Internet. Now all that I can connect to is Outlook Express and ICQ – but Internet Explorer refuses to run. Thanks in advance for your ideas – Rich
