Network Services on NT4 wkstn

I have a machine running NT4 Workstation with Service Pack 6a on it. The other day by chance I was looking at my network properties in the services tab when I noticed something strange. In the services list after Computer Browser there is a service called Current Version, if I click on it for the properties I get an error message saying “NICPROP-Initialization error”. I continue to look on Technet but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
