Network Share access denied

Hi
I am having a domain in place.
some times random users have problem in connecting to share drive even when they have been given the permissions on the resources.
only solution which works is to restart and log in and they all start working.
its bit frustrating for the users to log out and restart the system in the midle of what they are doing.
could you please suggest anything which i can do for preventing this
