Network Slow response when browsing

I have been upgrading a bunch of computers to W2K from NT4, and it seems to be making my life easier….. except that people have started to complain that the PC is slower..

It seems that browsing the network, or clicking on MY Computer takes a good 12-15 seconds. Any ideas?

I have a 100 Megabit connection to the network witht the latest drivers and I am running Netware 4
