Network startup diskette

Hello

I am trying to prepare the network installation startup diskettes in Windows NT. The problem is, when the system boots it initializes the network and at the command NETBIND it gives “Error 33: unable to bind” and does not goto the network server.

Can somebody tell me where the fault is and how can I overcome it.
