Networking 2 Win98 PCs

What would be the best way to network 2 Win98 machines in a home environment. One PC has a cable connection to the internet. Both PCs have NICs and RJ45 cable has been run and connected and now the other PC has web access through this one modem. My question is now how do I get the other PC to be able to print to the printer connected to the first PC. I tried direct cable but there doesn’t seem to be an option to use the NIC. Do I have to install NT Server on one PC? Any suggestions is appreaciated.
