Networking Problem

I recently set up a network between my two Windows XP Home Edition computers, but am having some problems. While computer #2 can view files from computer #1, I get a message saying “Access is Denied” when I try to do things the other way around (#1 trying to view shared folders on #2). Is there anything I’m doing wrong that doesn’t allow this computer to access the other one?
