Networking troubles

We have a WAN not sure of servers and such I just work in a branch of this Company. I have two machines that the network login does not come up on. It just auto logs into windows. If you go log off then it gives you the option to log on to the network the computers are hitting the network otherwise our programs for the clients we take calls for would not be working for telnet. Help any ideas? Please this has completely puzzled me
