Networking two PCs to the Internet

I’d like to have two computers able to communicate with each other,(mainly for data transfer), and for both PCs to have Internet access.
I want to use an 8-Port IBM 822-008 Hub and connect it to a dial-up AUI.
How would I go about doing this, what Cat5 UTP config. should I use, (568-A, 568-B, or Crossover), and what would go where?
All input would be greatly appreciated.
Also, please advise as to links that would be helpful in this endeavor.
