New 2000 Advanced Server Setup

I am replacing our current NT4 server with a new box and 2000 Advanced Server. The rest of our system is WTS/Citrix Metaframe and other NT4 servers. Primary use of this server is a database program that about 40 – 50 users will be accessing. We will also be upgrading to M$ SQL Standard on this server. My question is the hardware specs. What do you all suggest for optimum performance?
