New 2000 Server Old workstations.

I am installing W2K server in a peer to peer network, each workstation has been logging in as aministrator and has their name as the workgroup. Now we have a w2k server and they are logging in to the server, none of their programs show up or work. What is the best way to get rid of the origional profile and permessions?
