I need some help. I just finished piecing together a new pc for a friend with new parts bought from reliable sources. Here are the specs: mobo=Ecs p4vxasd2 ver 5.0 with a 1.7 celeron 400mhz fsb. 512mb DDR 266 stick. WD 80gig ata 133 7200rpm 8meg cache. Palit 5200fx ultra 128meg ddr vid card. standard floppy and cdrom. All jumpers have been set for DDR and the voltage is set also. The cpu clock is set at 100mhz to support 400fsb. And now for the problem. Everything powers up however I do not get a signal to my monitor or to my keyboard or mouse. I also do not get any beeps ….indicating a problem with the memory or video. I have tried just about everything and I refuse to be defeated. Anyone with something maybe Ive overlooked? All cables are correct power supply is 350watt. Thanks
