New to C++

I’m fairly new to C++; I took courses in school but haven’t touched it since. There is so much to C++, so I was wondering if any of you might have some suggestions on where to start first. That is, what are some of the more important aspects of the language that I should focus on first? I’m already familiar with variables, control structures, functions and arrays. Any book suggestions would be appreciated as well.
