new users cannot add printers

I still have printer problems. New users cannot add printers. A diolog box comes up saying the printer is not connected to the server. Old users have no problem printing. We have a Windows 2000 server serving Windows 2000 clients. I just finished putting Net Shield back on before the new user tried to add printers. Sister
