new.net

i have a client who got hijacked by new.net. she is running win xp home sp2 on a hp pavilion. i have ran adaware and spybot and also hijack this. i have deleted everything that is associated with this spyware. my problem is now when she turns on the unit an error comes up. there is nothing on it just the little red “x”. I have checked the event viewer but nothing there. any suggestions?
