NIC card properties unseen?

Have NT4 PC’s; 3com 10/100 nic cards, SP 5+, and I am an administrator.
Can’t seem to see the nic card properties, under the adapter tab in ntwk neighbourhood. Can’t adjust the speed of the card, as a result…

Does anyone know how I can get this utility? Or is there an easier way?
