nic card works in 98/not in win2kpro

I am trying to get a trendware te100-pciwa/n
working in pro,there are no resource conflicts.I have the latest drivers,and the nic is on the hcl for pro,but it wont send or recieve. works in win98.Sure would appreciate a fix here,thanks.
