nic drivers for dos – what a pain!!

Now that I’ve got dos loaded on a machine and installed the msclient from the NTServer cd, I can’t get the NIC drivers installed. I have a 3com 3c905b-tx installed. I have the dos drivers from 3com’s website. I’ve put the drivers on the c:. When I run setup from c:\net, and try to add the drivers, it always tells me that there are no drivers where i’ve selected. I’ve tried two nic’s, the 3com and a kingston. Same problem with both.
