Nic’s configuration in Registry

How do I change the network card’s media speed & duplex mode with regedit? Since I have more than 100 PCs which need to set the NIC speed from atuosense to 10 with half duplex, I would like to write a script and dispatch the setting to the PCs, anyone could help to reslove the probelm. I was encountered an abnormal behaviour with the autosese network setting when working with a particular application.
