niman has caused an error

I recently installed Norton systemworks & Norton Firewall. I run win me and have also upgraded ram from 64 to 128.I continue to have both error messages Iexplorer has caused an errer and niman has caused an error.These messages usually occur when the o/s is slow connecting to the inet. I never had these messages prior to software installation.I have used n/systemworks and think that its great.I am running 2002 with the go-back feature.any ideas;prior to this I used 2001 without the firewall and go-back. thanks jerry
