Nimbda Virus

Hi everyone
i have had this rotten virus, downloaded the removal tool from mcafee and after running it a few times, finally seemed to get rid of it.
I have run this tool and NAV and both report no virus’s.
Since then twice i have had NAV come up saying it found the nimbda virus in a file. Both times is while i was connected to the net via a dial up connection. And both times in files called TFTP266 (or similar) with no file extension…..

does anybody know what these files are and where they come from as i deleted them and they seem to reaapear
