NNTP Server

I noticed that it is possible to implement an NNTP newsgroup server on IIS5. I would like to create some private company newsgroups. I seem to have everything set up in place but my Outlook Newsreader doesn’t seem to be downloading the newsgroups I created. I’ve checked and port 119 is running. What am I doing wrong?
