No ad’s or pictures

This just happen today when I view any web site they have pictures posted on them any site now I can’t seen to see those pictures I only see text and stuff what happen and how to fix it.

If i click on the box where there has to be a picture I push show picture then it opens but I can’t be doing that to every site I go to.

This sounds simply but I can not figure it out and why it happen.

I’m using explorer 6 at all times under windows 98 se and have all the windows update files for security so I just its my reg but which one.

I also done fix explorer and rebooted and still same thing happen no pictures loads up on sites any site.
