No drag’n’drop

Hi

One of the machines on my network is a W95b with 64MB RAM. Three weeks ago I repartitioned, reformatted and reinstalled all software – Office 2K, wordPerfect, DesignCad, Adobe PhotoShop. Today, suddenly, the user was not able to use the mouse to drag and drop folders from within explorer. He can’t use normal drag nor rightclick and drag. He can move and copy using the toolbar icons. Can anyone help…
