No Drive Access for Specific User

Hi,
I have a single user that gannot get access to two folders on my nt 4.0 server. I have checked all the permissions on the folders, and associated mapped drives. With the group ‘everyone’ set to full control, the user cant get access. Even with the user’s permission set to the ‘domain admin’he still cant get in. Any Ideas?
