No File Listing in Windows Explorer?

One of my users goofed with some settings on their Windows NT 4.0 (SP6.01)machine and now whenever they open Windows Explorer, they only get the folder listing on the left and NO file listing on the right. What setting did they goof with and how doI fix it???
