No “Get Help from Microsoft” option??

In your Windows XP newsletter dated 4/8, the first article is titled “Knowing How to Ask for Help in XP”. I am using XP Pro ver. 5.1 (Build 2600). My ‘Help and Support’ window does not have the ‘Get Help from Microsoft’ option your article describes. The right pane of the ‘Help and Support Center’ windows says: “Microsoft Online Assisted Support enables an online support professional to answer your questions.” But the left pane does not have a link for this option; only the other two links.
Can you tell me why and how to fix it?
