No letter sized option for printing…

…instead the computer wants to use 16k. I have about 30 win2k proffesional systems, and so far 6-7 have had this problem. It will not allow me to update the driver from the Advanced tab in windows properties, so i have to remove and reload the driver usually, and it is get to be a real pain. Is there a reason for this? I checked for virus’s but none so far.
