No Network login screen at boot

I have a gateway pc running Windows 98 se. The pc is setup to log into an NT domain. The domain server is windows 2000. If I log of I get the Username Password and Domain screen. But if I shut down or reboot it auto logs in or something and doesn’t prompt for password. This causes a problem with network printing and im sure other network resources that the user just doesn’t use. Please help!!
