Our company recently purchased some computers with WindowsXP Home Edition. We are on an NTDomain and our server runs Windows NT 4.0. When setting up the new computers we cannot get them to boot up to a Network Login Screen as the Windows98SE computers do. I have been all over XP and cannot find any place to select to logon to NTdomain like you can by going to the properties of Network Neighborhood in Windows98SE. If I look at the properties of Client for Microsoft Network I do not get the Logon to NTDomain option. I can boot to XP and locate my network and when I try to access one of the drives it will then ask me for my user name and password….but we want it to prompt you for it on boot.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
