No pictures

I can not see any pictures, logos, no graphics what so ever on the net nor in my e-mail.. I have run my virus scanner and run all of Norton Utilities and ran, disk scan, defragged and disk cleanup and nothing is helping. I am running Windows 98, Explorer 5.01, 124 ram and 8 gig hard drive. Now I know how it feels when the alt for pictures are not there and you don’t know what the pictures are there for or where they will take you. I know I am going to go to my site and make sure that all my alt’s let you know were they will take you and what they are for. Help
