No serial mouse detected in Win98 SE

I have a PC with 2 serial ports and in Windows 98 FE and Windows 2000 I can use a serial mouse with no problems, but when using Windows 98 SE I can’t get this to work. I checked out Microsoft’s site for this problem and there are known problems with windows 98 and a serial mouse. I have a PS2 mouse already installed but I need the Serial mouse installed also. So if anybudy knows a fix for this problem, Thanks…
