No video on emachine

have a d2266 with 512 mb ram has both onboard and external video card and the agp slot is missing form the motherboard. attempted to remove video an use onboard port with no luck. Rearranged ram no luck. sytem appears to be accessing the cd drive and the hard drive at the same time. Can someone please give me advice on how to get my video back.
