Non Native Screen Saver

I have been requested to find a non native win2k screen saver, that will will allow us to set a password different from the domain password. The idea is that, some users don’t want to give out their domain password out whenever a tech comes to work on their system. They prefer to only give out the screen saver password so they don,t have to change it after we leave(a company policy). I have not been successful in finding any. Any help would be appreciated. I don’t believe this can be done.
