I am Running Norton Anti Virus Corp. Edition Ver 7.1 on a windows 2000 Server. We upgraded From NT4.0 to Windows 2000 and Since that transition the client update does not seem to work. I am accomplishing the client updates for Win 9x,NT 4.0 and 2000 Clients through a logon script. The Logon script runs a simple batch file which checks for new definition files on the server and updates the clients. The location I have placed the batch file is in the following directory:
c:Winnt\system32\Repl\Import\Scripts for NT
C:\Winnt\sysvol\sysvol\Domainname\Scripts for Windows 2000.
I have also updated the clients locally but after a second restart they revert back to the date when we made the transition to windows 2000. I have looked at different options but I cannot find a solution. If anyone has run across this problem and found a solution please let me know, I will appreciate it greatly.
