Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition

I am using Norton AntiVirus Corporate edition 7.51.850. From my profile I installed the program and it works fine, but in all other profiles, including Administrator, the icon in the system tray shows the normal shield, however, there is an exclamation mark in the bottom right hand corner of the shield. Anyone know what could be causing this? I thought maybe it was alerting that a full system scan had not been done, or updates were needed, but I tried both under the other profiles and it did not solve the problem. Help would be appreciated. thanks.
