After search the Microsoft database,I cannot find an answer to this problem, [ I have several users that are receiving the following error message ]

The instruction at “0x05623919 ” referenced memory ” 0x05964cb9 could not be read.?, what doesthis error message mean, and how do I remedy the problem. – Thanks Sandi
